For Josh, life has always revolved around the water.

With a background working on private yachts and years spent sailing and exploring, he brings both experience and instinct to every charter aboard ROAM. He holds a USCG captain’s license and has spent over 20 years instructing kiteboarding and watersports, giving him a deep understanding of ocean conditions, safety, and how to create incredible days on the water.

Beyond the technical side, Josh is an avid surfer and free diver who genuinely loves being out in the ocean. That passion shapes every trip—whether it’s finding the perfect anchorage, chasing ideal wind conditions, or sharing the kind of spots most people would never find on their own.

Calm, capable, and easygoing, Josh creates an environment where guests can fully relax while knowing they’re in experienced hands.

    With years spent on private yachts as a chief stewardess, she developed a deep foundation in high-level hospitality before expanding her focus into the culinary side of the guest experience. She has trained alongside a celebrity chef, refining her approach to creating fresh, beautifully presented meals inspired by the destinations you explore.

    As your onboard chef, Christa curates each menu around your preferences—whether that’s light, healthy fare, elevated comfort dishes, or locally inspired flavors—always prepared with care and attention to detail.

    Holding a USCG captain’s license, she also brings a strong understanding of life at sea, allowing her to seamlessly balance the roles of chef, host, and crew. Her love for hosting is at the core of everything she does, creating an atmosphere that feels relaxed, elevated, and completely taken care of.

    When she’s not in the galley, you’ll find her snorkeling, running, or enjoying quiet beach walks—drawn to the simple moments that make time on the water so special.

    At 14 years old and 17 pounds, Arnold is our longtime companion and official First Mate. After a lifetime of loyalty, we’ve made it our mission to give him his best years yet, on the water, where days are slower, the sun is warmer, and every moment is meant to be enjoyed.

    You’ll often find him lounging in the shade, taking in the ocean breeze, or quietly keeping an eye on everything happening around him. He’s calm, friendly, and always happy to be part of the journey.

    Arnold is a small part of what makes ROAM feel personal, welcoming, and a little different from anywhere else.
